Privacy Policy

Overview

This privacy policy explains how Paddy B web tools, including the Sales Leads Tracker app, collect and use information. The public demo can be used without an account. The app version uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore to save account-owned data.

Information Collected

• Account information from Firebase Authentication, such as your email address, display name, profile photo, provider ID, and Firebase user ID when you sign in with Google or email/password.
• Lead and opportunity information you choose to enter into the Sales Leads Tracker, such as names, phone numbers, counties, notes, meeting details, and customer email addresses.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the app, such as authentication status and browser requests handled by Firebase services.

How Information Is Used

• To let you sign in and access your own workspace.
• To save, display, update, and delete the leads and opportunities you enter.
• To protect account data so each signed-in user can only access their own records.
• To maintain, debug, and improve the app.

Sharing

Your Sales Leads Tracker data is not sold. Data is processed by Firebase/Google Cloud services used to provide authentication, hosting, and database storage. Data may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect the security of the service.

Storage And Security

Account and tracker data is stored using Firebase services. Firestore security rules restrict tracker data to the signed-in Firebase user who owns it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical controls are used to reduce unauthorized access.

Data Retention And Deletion

Tracker data is kept while your account or records remain active. You can delete individual opportunities inside the app. To request account or data deletion, contact hi@paddyb.com.

Your Choices

You can use the public Sales Leads Tracker demo without signing in. If you use Google sign-in, Google may process sign-in information according to Google's own privacy policy. You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your stored data.
